Family Focus: Your Big Hoodoo Reviews

The day we have been waiting for has arrived! Big Hoodoo’s debut album, Crystal Skull, has now been unleashed onto the unsuspecting masses of the planet! Armed with hex bags, hard beats, and smooth rhymes Big Hoodoo is bringing his special blend of 100% authentic Detroit wicked shit your way!

The Crystal Skull album is fifteen tracks from start to finish with features from the Insane Clown Posse and Awesome Dre as well as production from Mike E. Clark, Brian Kuma, Joe Strange, Cold 187um, and DJ Clay! This project has been in the works for two years and to see the album reach the public is pure satisfaction!

Although Big Hoodoo’s album has only been out for a day, Ninjas all over had gotten a taste of two singles from Crystal Skull before its release. They heard “Hexed” and “Never Had” by way of TWO fresh as fuck music videos that were released on hatchetmantv.com and bighoodoo.com.

Right away Juggalos and Juggalettes wanted more! They wanted the album and they also wanted to know how they could see Big Hoodoo perform LIVE! Well, that is a sight that anyone attending The Gathering of the Juggalos will be able to witness because Big Hoodoo will find his way on stage at Cave-in-Rock, IL when The Juggalo gathering hits between August 7th – 11th.

And for everyone who is lookin’ to rep Big Hoodoo look no further than hatchetgear.com where you can find a mega fuck ton of new merch from the Hoodoo High Priest! Jerseys, t-shirts, beanies,

jackets, bandanas, girly shirts, thongs, they got it all! Also, if you act before 11:59PM EST on July 7th you can grab your gear for 44% off with the newly extended hatchetgear.com 4th of July sale!

We previously mentioned bighoodoo.com having the two music videos, but we suggest you check that shit out for everything else Big Hoodoo. News, info on the man himself, details about the album, pictures, upcoming show info, merch, and more! From bighoodoo.com you can also find your way to facebook.com/bighoodoo, twitter.com/bighoodoo, and instagram.com/bighoodoo! Whatever your web preference is, he’s got it!

Crystal Skull dropping is just the beginning for Big Hoodoo! He’s runnin’ with The Hatchet now and there is going to be a lot more comin’ your way from him! With his hoodoo hijinx in full fuckin’ swing there’s no stopping him!

To order Big Hoodoo’s Crystal Skull online you can hit up hatchetgear.com. If you want to get your hands on a digital copy straight away then iTunes is the place for you.       It’s July and that means we are that much closer to the premiere of Insane Clown Posse Theater hitting Fuse TV on July 24th! Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope have dominated the underground of music, they have starred in their own full length feature films, they have created a wrestling empire, they have schooled everything they have attempted and now it’s time to leave their mark on the small screen of television!

Who would have thought that the Insane Clown Posse, the most hated band in the world, would ever get a TV show? It’s not something The Duke of the Wicked or The Southwest Strangla ever saw coming but it goes to show how the world is changing.

Even though the Insane Clown Posse have never changed anything about themselves, even though they are as ruthless and brutal as ever, even though they say and do whatever the fuck they want and refuse to apologize to anyone for who and what they are Fuse TV came along and offered them a show.

ICP were told to be themselves and to not change a fuckin’ thing. It’s the big wig majority changing their tune when it comes to the wicked clowns and them adjusting

their way of thinking. Because you know damn well ICP, Juggalos, and Juggalettes are NEVER going to change to fit in with anyone else.

Insane Clown Posse Theater is going to revolve around the same basis of the original ICP Theater epsisodes that originally premiered on the Fuse youtube channel. It’s Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope schoolin’ the fuck out of music videos put in front of them and tellin’ it how it is.

But the Insane Clown Posse Theater television show is going to take this premise even further while featuring other crazy characters, special guests, and much fuckin’ more!

It’s all going down on Fuse TV. We suggest you check out your local listings and peep your TV now to make sure you get that channel. With Insane Clown Posse Theater premiering July 24th at 11:00PM EST (a perfect slot for the mature and explicit content of the show) on Fuse TV time is tickin’ down quick as fuck until the wicked clowns take over your TV!

Alex Torres: In my opinion I believe y'all ninjas tore the roof out of it!!! I love it every song the beats and lyrics from the bottom of my heart this album is great fo real fo real.

Casper Hansen: I fucking like it. It's a good start for Big Hoodoo. Hope to see more like it.

Damian Juggla Haverty: I love the album the fuckin album is dope! The album really spoke to me and also gave me the chills at the same time. Every song was perfection. You are a great addition to Psychopathic homie!

Josh Swartzlander: Excellent Album!! I'm listening to it more right now at work. Bumped it all day yesterday. Much Love! Thank you.

Fred Spiezio: I think it's a great cd! I also think he will go over well with the fam and stay on psy for a long time.

Matt Watkins: Overall is this is a pretty strong debut album. It will never win over fans of mainstream rap/r'n'b but I don’t think that was ever the intention. If people would be willing to give it a chance I see no reason why Big Hoodoo couldn’t become a staple act of the label and the genre.

The Kripple King: Now this motherfucker bout that wicked Detroit shit! Bumpin that Crystal Skull all day!

Joseph Messina: Just finished listenin to BigHoodoo crystal skull. Let me tell you it was fukin amazing! Can’t wait to hear more from you!! WHOOP WHOOP!!

Kyle Schonher: Big Hoodoo your new entry album to psychopathic is so fucking dope love Hex and Mountain Climbing. Hope you do more soon! mmfwcl

Isaac Baranoff: The standout production of Crystal Skull occurs in Brian Kuma’s work on “Hexed” and “Blitzed”, the Mike E. Clark-assisted “Never Had”, and the Cold 187um-produced title track, while the best lyrical content on the album is the introspective, personal approach to “Never Had”. The combination of Big Hoodoo’s concept, music and lyrical approach make this one of the most exciting debuts from Detroit rap’s equivalent of Arkham Asylum since Boondox dropped The Harvest in 2006, and Hoodoo should take his place among Juggalo favorites like ABK and Blaze Ya Dead Homie in the years to come.

Wyat Brown: Damn! 2 tracks in and I am HOOKED on the BigHoodoo "Crystal Skull" record. All hip hop fans need to check out the newest psychopathic ninja.

Kid Vicious: Mad props to BigHoodoo! Crystal Skull is fucking awesome. Keep it up homie. I'm looking forward to more good shit from you in the future.

Cian: Just listened to one of the best psychopathic albums of all time, Crystal Skull by Big Hoodoo. I fucking loved it!

Casey Ballard: I recommend listening to Big Hoodoo. His shit is jumping. And Never Had is on some real shit. MCL ninja

InterThaDark: Mad Propz and Appreciation on Crystal Skull. You came all the way correct and schooled it with your own form of the Wicked Shit.

SiccStranger420: Crystal Skull exceeded my expectations. The World Is Very Different is quite possibly my favorite track on the whole album.

bcred81: Quite honestly fresh from beginning to end. Rare to find something so fresh from track 1-15 but damn. Hoodoo’s record is flawless.
